Kilkenny County Council Library Service announces new Comics Plus service!
Comics Plus, powered by Library Pass, is a free eComic and eManga service now available from Kilkenny County Council Library Service.
Comics Plus offers readers unlimited access to thousands of digital comics, graphic novels, and manga from popular publishers like ABDO, Andrews McMeel, BOOM! Studios, Capstone, Dark Horse, Europe Comics, Fantagraphics, Graphic Mundi, Humanoids, IDW, Image Comics, Kodansha, Lerner, Manga Classics, Papercutz, Tokyopop, UDON Entertainment, Yen Press, and dozens more.
This service also includes unlimited, simultaneous downloads. No reserving, waitlists, or monthly borrowing limits. If you see it, you can download immediately.
“From comics, to graphic novels, and to manga there is so much to find on this service. As a fan myself I have found so many titles I had read and new titles to discover. Kilkenny County Council Library Service is delighted to introduce the Comics Plus service at this time” says James Durkan, Library Staff Officer.
This service is free and available for library members.
To use the service, download the Library Pass App through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You will need your Library card and PIN to access the service.
Comics Plus can be used by under 18s.
When signing up, choose Kilkenny County Council Library Service IE- Children's Library for children/young adults up to the age of 15. For 15+ and Adults, choose Kilkenny County Council Library Service IE- Full Library.
