Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme information session
As part of our Bealtaine programme we will have two pop up information session desks in the front area of the library on Thursday, 30th May from 10.30am.
Linda Kirwan, local co-ordinator with the new Kilkenny Age Friendly homes programme will facilitate a pop-up information session. The aim of this programme is to support older people to live in their own homes with dignity and independence, for as long as possible.
Linda can provide you with access to a range of housing, health and social care supports to help them decide on what they need to live the life they want, to the best of their ability within their community.
All are welcome to attend.
