Kilkenny County Council Library Service is pleased to welcome you back. As numbers in our buildings are limited, we have put a Stop/Go system in Callan, Loughboy, Thomastown and City Libraries.
Access to Castlecomer, Graiguenamanagh, Ferrybank & Urlingford libraries is managed locally by staff.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by Parent/Guardian
You no longer need to book in advance.
