Castlecomer: Nuts about Nature
As part of our National Heritage Week programme for 2017, Rediscovery Centre will host a workshop "Nuts about Nature" in Castlecomer Library on August 24th. Nuts about Nature is a fun hands-on children’s workshop on biodiversity, where children will investigate wildlife, habitats, and ecosystems. Activities will include making bird feeders and exploring the food web. (It is safe for anyone with nut allergy, as seeds will be used!) Suitable for children ages 6+, booking essential.
